About CMP
Community Medical Providers is a group of over 75 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, dedicated to the good health of your family. Each day, CMP cares for more patients, in more locations, than any local medical group.

The healthcare professionals of CMP have joined their practices to help minimize the “business” of healthcare and to give the providers more opportunity to practice the “art” of caring for Central California families. As “owners” of the group, they provide a strong voice in your healthcare.

CMP providers are members of Santé Physicians, the largest panel of physicians in the region. This means you have a wide choice of health plans from which to choose in accessing your CMP physician and, should you require additional care, your CMP physician can refer you to the Santé panel of specialists, the region’s largest specialist panel.

Whether a routine checkup or a more detailed level of care, you are in good hands with Community Medical Providers.
Mission
The mission of Community Medical Providers is to provide the highest quality medical care. To develop systems and relationships to reward our providers and support staff economically and ensure the long-term viability of the group. To develop strategic partnerships with specialists and hospitals that ensure continuity of care.
Vision
-
Our vision is to reaffirm that a career in health care is a high calling, an unparalleled opportunity to compassionately apply the knowledge and technology of medical science and the art of medical practice to positively impact the health and treat the illness of the patients whom we serve.
-
To be recognized by our patients, providers and support staff as the medical group of choice in the valley. To be recognized by our patients for outstanding customer service and quality of care. To be recognized by the community as the “best place to practice/work.”
-
To recognize that what we do is a team effort, involving not only the providers, individually and collectively, but also our office staff and administrative support staff.
-
To recognize that what we do is a good and valuable thing and in doing what we do, we can reasonably expect adequate financial, professional, and personal fulfillment.
